These videos are the sources of VP#2.
At first, I took some videos of the scenery of central library.
Based on ‘Videos that don’t suck’, I tried to show the scenery of the library in different angles.
I tried to memorize the dialogue,,, but it was too hard…
I enjoyed the time. It was really really good experience.
I only had one NG!!
I was little surprised that my acting was quite good(just,, my opinion).
All our group members enjoyed the time!
It was really good experience!
I am happy that I already finished making VP2 with my group members.
It was truly a good experience.
I was shy to act in front of many people, but I think that I did well!
I made some scenarios for smoker’s part and general parts.
Video Project 2
Smokers and Non-Smokers
Before we started to shoot the film, we had voted for the subject of VP2 using ‘KaKaoTalk’.
All our team members suggested two ideas, and my ideas were about ‘Different perception of Smokers and Non-Smokers’ and ‘The pitiful life of a university student’.
Finally, my idea about ‘Smokers and Non-Smokers’ was chosen for VP2!!!
This film is about the perspectives in which smokers and non-smokers have about smoking in general. At first, all they have some misunderstanding, but finally, they could understand each other and smokers are considerate of non-smokers.
Tip 5. Stop and shoot, no moving camera around
When taking a video, it is important not to move your camera.
Moving the camera very fast can make the audiences dizzy enough.
So, you should fix your camera unless you are already professional.
While I was passing the central library of Hanyang University with my friend,
we saw the smoking room.
Since there is no smoking room around ITBT building(where I always stay), it was quite interesting.
I also saw some people who were smoking on the benches, even though there is a smoking room near the entrance of central library.
So, I made some scenarios about our VP2 after I saw the smoking room and some people who were smoking on the benches.
(The man who wears orange jacket is my friend.. So, don’t worry about the portrait rights…kkk)
Tip 2. Shoot short shots
Who would want to watch an angle for a long time. It is so boring to watch an angle for a long time. Even though the cherry blossom that I took in this video looks so beautiful, people will easily feel boring when they see the video about cherry blossom in an angle more than 10 seconds.
Tip 8 Shoot what interests you
When you take a video, you should exactly show what you are going to say or show.
Focusing your camera on a person or thing is very important.
I focused my camera on ‘Tteokboki’ so that anyone can notice what I want to show.
I saw Park Won Soon, the mayor of Seoul, in ITBT building!
I was going down using elevator, but suddenly I saw him!!
I and my friends took some photos with him.
I really like ‘Duggi’, stir-fried rice cake buffet since I am a lover of that food.
I usually go there with my friends.
I wanted to take videos of me enjoying the dinner time!
It was quite interesting that the one who took the video of me and the one who sat behind me were the students of EWM class last year!!!
I also wanted to take videos of me enjoying the beer time!
I sometimes watch the videos when I want to drink.
It was a good experience to take videos of me.
